Trustees must also ensure that they have accurate records reflecting the various activities performed on behalf of their customers.  If a critical task is missed, the exposure to the bank can be great.  To minimize these risks, trustees use AccountControl, SunGard's administrative risk management system.  AccountControl monitors their compliance with the covenants contained in securities agreements.
