Compliance process control tool vendor, Amadeus has appointed Yves Leblanc as President and Chief Executive.

Amadeus's flagship product is eQCM. The suite allows companies to map regulated business processes such as CAPA, non-conformances, customer complaints and corporate governance.

The consulting arm also sells services relating to corporate governance such as Basel II and Sarbanes-Oxley
